Why Two Brands?
In 2012, Evan and Cindy started Pittsburgh Central Vacuum to service all of Western Pennsylvania. Since then, PCV has grown into Western PA’s largest central vacuum installation company. In 2023 when Evan and Cindy took over Keystone Vacuum, the decision was made to have PCV and Keystone work as a joint venture that provides top-notch service to both the portable and central vacuum industry. In the past, PCV customers didn’t have an opportunity to try a working system before purchase, and existing clients didn’t have the option of picking up supplies for their systems. With this joint venture, PCV has a full showroom and warehouse in Butler, PA allowing customers to visit and test drive their new system. It also allows existing clients to check out the newest attachments and power units available. With a dedicated shipping department, customers who would rather have their supplies ship to them can now enjoy reduced shipping costs and shipping times.
